Book Your No Charge Consultation Call
I offer a no charge Consultation Session to all potential clients before inviting them to book a session with me. The Consultation Session is a confidential and non-judgmental conversation and helps us both to work out whether we are a good match for working together.
Following your session, if you would like to go ahead and begin working together, I will send you a unique booking link that enables you to access my diary and choose a date and time for your first appointment
Consultation Sessions are up to 30 minutes duration and you can choose below whether you prefer a phone call or Zoom video call, this will take you to my diary where you can select your preferred date and time to meet.

Appointments and Location
- Therapy appointments are for 60 minutes duration and are usually held weekly or fortnightly
- All sessions are offered in person from my home in Pudsey, Leeds LS285FZ
- My home is a 20 minutes drive from both the centre of Leeds and the centre of Bradford, West Yorkshire and a 7 minute walk from New Pudsey train station. Full address and directions will be sent in the booking confirmation email.

Prices
- Consultation Sessions are free
- All Therapy appointments are for 60 minutes duration and are charged at £45 per session
Payment
- All sessions are paid for at the time of booking online
- Payments can be made using debit and credit cards or PayPal which will show up in your transactions as Sian Johnson Services
- If after booking, you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, please see the Cancellation, non-attendance and postponement policy below
Cancellation, non-attendance and postponement policy
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment after booking and payment the following terms apply:
Single sessions
- Up to 72 hours before your appointment, you may independently use the booking calendar to rearrange your appointment.
- Less than 72 hours before your appointment, or for appointments not attended, no refunds can be given, and a new appointment will require a new payment
For a package of sessions
Refunds for packages where no sessions have yet been taken:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund should you decide not to proceed with your package.
- Refunds will consist of the full fee you have paid minus a 5% fee to cover bank fees.
- Your fee will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
Refunds for packages where sessions have taken place:
- Once you have taken one or more of the sessions of your package, no refunds are available.
Refunds
- Any refunds due to you will be returned to you within 7 working days via your original payment method
- Due to changes in how financial institutions charge their fees, all refunds will be subject to a 5% charge. This means that, If you are due a refund, you will receive the amount you paid minus 5% to cover the bank fees charges.
- Some payment processors may take up to 10 days for the funds to be credited to your account

- By making the payment for your session or package, you indicate your agreement to these terms.
