I am already a practicing Sex Coach. I am delighted to offer a distinctly separate psychotherapy practice that welcomes clients over 21 of all backgrounds and a range of issues. I have completed levels I, 2 and 3 in Person Centred Counselling with Yorkshire Counselling Training and accredited by CPCAB.

I began studying the 4-year long Diploma in Relational Gestalt Psychotherapy at Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute (SCPTI) in October 2020.

The course is 4 years at postgraduate / Masters level and is rigorous in developing the theory and the practical skills I need to safely hold space for you while we work together.

I am an individual member of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). UKCP is the accreditation body for The Relational Gestalt Diploma at Scarborough Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute’

This is a difficult question to answer, as when we enter a therapeutic journey together, issues that at first seem simple often require deeper consideration.  What is key to this therapy is developing a strong working relationship within a strong therapeutic container where trust and safety can be built. It is here that you can experiment, make discoveries and try out new ways of being. And take these experiments and this learning, into your day-to-day life.
