Welcome to this guided meditation for creating a safe inner space using Somatic Experiencing techniques. In around 10–15 minutes, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, a body scan, and a visualisation to help you imagine and nurture your own sanctuary within—a place of calm and safety you can return to anytime.

This meditation supports mind-body connection, eases tension, and offers a gentle resource for navigating stress or trauma responses. Find a quiet, comfortable spot to sit or lie down, and approach the experience with openness and curiosity—no experience needed.
